Sharpen knives for proprietors, Quzhou Moon Bay

The Property Management Service Center of Hangzhou Double Bay International City responded to the call of the company and carried out learn-from-Lei Feng one-package voluntary service activity on March 4th. The front-line staffs of Binjiang Property showed their special prowess to cut hairs, sharpen knives and inspect wires for proprietors. The team member Zhang Peitong once learned how to cut hairs. He cut hairs for 17 proprietors on that day and the sense of beauty started from head. Zhang Peitong said that he felt happy to serve the proprietors by exerting his strengths. The engineering staffs were not only good at sharpening knives but also good at repair and detection. They went to inspect wires at the home of 8 old people who felt relieved. One said the service gave them sense of safety.

To carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and spread social positive energy, the service center of Shanghai Wisdom Park carried out learn-from-Lei Feng activity on March 1st before learn-from-Lei Feng anniversary. Engineering staffs of Binjiang Property supplied door-to-door service to the old solitary people at age above 70 in the community. They inspected air switches, wires, electric appliances in kitchen etc. at their home. This service as realistic demand guaranteed the safe life of the old people and won their praise. Staffs of the Property Management Service Center cut hairs, sharpened knives, gave free clinical treatment and inspected electrical safety for old proprietors in the community. In addition, they helped the old people to solve problems of mobile phone operation and supplied city consultation service on site. The engineering staffs of service center of Thousand Island Lake Impression of Peninsula supplied voluntary services in learn-from-Lei Feng activity. Quzhou Chunjiangyue carried out learn-from-Lei Feng activity and carried forward the spirit of Lei Feng in practical actions on March 3rd. The engineering staffs of Binjiang Property supplied one-package voluntary services for proprietors. They not only repaired small home appliances (such as electrical teapot, hair dryer, shaver etc.) but also inspected electrical safety on site. The engineering staffs showed their good personal skills on the day. Staff Ouyang said that it was a pleasure to learn from Lei Feng and serve proprietors. The afforestation and clean-keeping staffs sharpened about one hundred knives for proprietors on the day, which won praise of proprietors. In addition, the volunteers of Binjiang Property supplied services of blood pressure measurement, blood glucose test, medical insurance policy explanation, haircut etc, which were welcomed by proprietors.

They inspected air switches, wires and electric appliances in kitchen for the old people, reminded them the safety of fire and electricity use, explained anti-fraud knowledge and told them to not be defrauded. The old people were suggested to contact the service center timely in case of problem or emergency. Binjiang Property supplied door-to-door safety services by warm visit and small talk.
