On a recent evening, a proprietor at Lake and View was bitten by a centipede at home at around 7 o’clock. The excruciating pain warned the proprietor to seek medical help at a nearby hospital. However, as the proprietor does not reside in this residential quarter often, he is unfamiliar with the surrounding environment and decided to ask the property management team for help. After receiving the call, Chen Lindan immediately rushed to the proprietor’s home with her colleague and then reported the situation to the property director. The property director on duty that night drove the proprietor, who was at that time accompanied by Chen Lindan, to Lin’an People’s Hospital for emergency treatment.
At the hospital, Chen Lindan supported the proprietor all the way and helped with payment and picking up medicine. When they were told that a particular medication was unavailable at the hospital, Chen Lindan accompanied the proprietor to a pharmacy outside the hospital. Fortunately, the proprietor’s concerns didn’t materialize and the pain alleviated after proper treatment. Later, Chen Lindan sent the proprietor home, providing meticulous support and care during the period to ensure the safety of the proprietor. Chen Lindan’s service awareness has left a profound impression on the proprietor.
The property management team decided to solve the insect issue at its source. The following day, Chen Lindan contacted the greening section director to spray pesticide around the perimeter of the proprietor’s yard to prevent any more pests from appearing.
