Quzhou Chunjiangyue
In the dead of night, Fang Guomin, the order foreman of the service center of Quzhou Chunjiangyue, was on duty at east gate and noticed three figures loitering near the exit. Their suspicious movements aroused his vigilance.
As expected, the three suspicious men slipped into the residential quarter through the barrier gate and sneaked into the underground parking lot, attempting to open car doors and commit theft. Fang Guomin promptly notified the patroller Fang Weimin to initiate a containment operation. Soon, two of the suspicious men were caught by the property management staff. The last one, who escaped through the east gate, was chased and finally caught on the pedestrian lane outside the east gate by Fang Weimin who cleverly used a patrol vehicle. Later, the police received the call from the property management staff and came to take the three thieves away. Upon interrogation, it turned out that they were all habitual thieves.
The police station commended the property management staff of Quzhou Chunjiangyue for their adherence to the principle of people and safety on top and their swift and proper response to this incidence. They have effectively safeguarded the life and property safety of residents in the residential quarter, earning the praise of the residents.
Pujiang The One Lake
Recently, Ma Kai, the order foreman of Pujiang The One Lake, also noticed three men sneaking through the barrier gate into the underground parking lot during a night patrol. He immediately shouted to stop the three thieves, who after seeing the security personnel fled the parking lot and disappeared from sight. While pursuing them, Ma Kai called the police at 110. The police soon arrived nearby and swiftly apprehended the three thieves who were at that time still attempting to pull car doors along the way.
