Binjiang Property “Sauntering•Sketching” Flea Tour had its origin station at Inmost Palace on April 20th. It was proprietors’ first time as stallholders. Despite their lack of experience, they were all expectant for customers and willing to listen to others’ advice to improve product placement and make their booths more attractive.

A waiting father suddenly found that his own booth welcomed its first customer and hastened over to help his child to keep accounts. To give a change to a kid, the mother ran home for small change on the double.

Special placement could help sales. Inside a small and unnoticeable plastic bag it was surprisingly a cute parachute. The female stallholder opened these packages and took parachutes out, which soon catches the eye of kids. Unexpectedly, children can always find some interesting stuff they love among a heap of goods.

At the Riverview Impression station on April 27th, the flea street became an ocean of books. Parents brought their kids there, played the mini table football for a while, and then carefully picked out some good books. A mother told that, “Our kid has grown up. So we sort out these classic children’s books and want to offer them to other babies. We are surprised that products on the flea street are very cheap. We really like it.” The flow of proprietors to the flea street had no stop and stallholders were waiting for their attention with patience.

May 11th is the day before Mother’s Day, and the Binjiang Property Flea Street Tour finally came to the Triumphal Arch. A mother from Qinghe Garden took his son and several large bags of children’s clothes to the flea street. These stylish and quality clothes were sold at a price of 5 yuan only for each. Proprietors strolled long the flea street and gathered around booths to pick out products interesting them. Many mother customers would ask their kids’ advice before buying while mother sellers would also ask their kids whether the selling price was acceptable. Both mothers of two sides took the flea street experience as a vivid learning chance where they could made their children engaged in the business communication and arouse children’s economic awareness.

At every station there was art lovers sketching scenes of the flea street. A proprietor of Inmost Palace was drawing his kid showing his treasure; a proprietor from Riverview Impression captured the spring in the community in his painting; and a father and his daughter from Triumphal Arch were painting a fountain in the community with a art teacher beside to advise and help them improve their painting skills.

At the flea street, you can also learn some practical firefighting knowledge. Firefighters of Jianggan Jingfang squadron were explaining to proprietors how to escape from a high-rise fire and how to use fire extinguishers at Inmost Palace and Triumphal Arch, while the order maintainers of Binjiang Property were seriously and comprehensively introducing the use method of distinguishers to the proprietors of Riverview Impression and were praised by proprietors for their good work and efforts.
