On the evening of August 19th, thoughtful residents at Jinhu Yijing Town in Hangzhou organized a special refreshment event for the frontline Binjiang Property staff and presented three silk banners symbolizing justice to the property management staff.
During the event, the residents’ representatives first extended their sincerest thanks to Liu Zhiguo, the order foreman, and Zhang Mengnan, the order director. On August 11th, a shop within the residential quarter, which had repeatedly occupied the first-floor emergency passage, once again piled up stuff in the emergency passage. Liu Zhiguo and Zhang Mengnan, adhering to their duties, patiently persuaded the shop to clear the stuff blocking the emergency passage. Their professionalism and dedication to maintaining order deeply moved the residents.

The warm-hearted residents raised over seven thousand yuan as a refreshment fund for this event, with 3,000 yuan specifically awarded to Liu Zhiguo and 2,000 yuan to Zhang Mengnan. On-site, the representatives also expressed their gratitude to the entire property management team by delivering boxes of refreshing beverages, as well as fresh fruits such as watermelons and grapes, purchased with the remainder of the refreshment fund.
