Binjiang Property won several honors at the 2025 Annual Membership Conference of Hangzhou Property Management Association
February 5th witnessed the grand 2025 Annual Membership Conference of Hangzhou Property Management Association. Themed by “empowering new services with S&T, improving service quality with craftsmanship”, the conference gathered over 400 participants, including the leaders from relevant government authorities, industry experts and representatives from various members, to summarize the annual industry development achievements systematically, to commend advanced models and also to draw the blueprint for industry’s further development in 2026.

In the 2025 industry level evaluation of property service enterprises, the Binjiang Property won the title of the “5-star Property Service Enterprise”.
As a key member unit of the association, the Binjiang Property has shouldered its membership responsibilities faithfully and constantly, participated in industry-related activities in depth, assisted in the standardized development of the industry, and demonstrated its member responsibilities by deeds. 3 frontline service cases included in the special service cases in the industry
In the special service case commendation, Binjiang Property won awards in the “Our Services Everywhere” excellent short video collection activity for its 3 works, Xixi Star Community Friendly for Take-away Deliverymen, A Post-2000 Doorman’s Companion Services for One Owner with Injured Leg, and Rescuing the Take-away Deliveryman by the Security Officer from Fucuili Residential Area. These award-winning cases are based on the frontline services, which fully demonstrate the service spirit and responsibility of the employees through real scenarios and sincere services.

In terms of personal honors, 5 employees, including Wang Yun, Zhang Xiaomin, Luo Yong, Zhang Kang and Xu Yanzhen, were awarded the title of “Excellent Individuals” in 2025. All these honors imply the employees’ progressive spirit and Binjiang Property’s achievements in talent cultivation and team building.
