Engineering and order personnel were assigned to the spot the first time when the property service center of Myriad Flower Phase I received a call from a proprietor of Building 14 at 17:05 of June 13th reporting that there was water flowing out from a suite to the corridor and the stairwell.

Property personnel arrived at the spot only to find that the door was open but no one was at home. The engineering director Sun Meng immediately turned off the hydro valve and then explained upon inspection that it was the burst of a waterpipe in the bathroom that led to great quantities of flow in and out of the house. Property personnel instantly took action to protect the elevator and ensure its safety.
 
At that time, the water on the floor was about 7-8 cm deep, and it was urgent to drain it as quickly as possible. An idea suddenly hit Sun Meng and he dismantled the water closet without delay in order to accelerate drainage. Half an hour later, the cleaning of the house and public area were finally cleaned up by property personnel. As for other parts of water leakage, corresponding losses were reduced to the minimum thanks to timely treatment.
