This year, Binjiang Property and its proprietors celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival through mooncake DIY and dance and music and admired the Mid-Autumn moon together.

Director Wu of Eastern Mansion also bought his parents far away in Henan some five-kernel mooncakes as it is the flavor of childhood that he has been thinking about all the time. As for order team members of The One, some wanted to buy their parents clothes and some sent Hangzhou specialties home to express their homesickness.

On the eve of Mid-Autumn Festival, the service center of Myriad Star Phase I specially made some mooncakes stuffed with pickled mustard and pork and distributed them to elderly living alone in the community from door to door together with Director Shen of the Proprietors Committee.

Director Li of the property service center also carefully inquired details of these elderly proprietors’ physical conditions, listened to their suggestions for improving community property management work, and told them to unhesitatingly seek the property management staffs for help when in need. In order to welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival and bring more happiness to proprietors, the service center of Lake Villa arranged a two-day Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration activity specially. On September 6th, property management staffs of Lake Villa and its neighborhood proprietors shared hundreds of delicious pineapple-and-yolk flavored cakes implying happiness and family reunion.

On the afternoon of September 8th, the property service center organized the Mid-Autumn family photo activity and invited 15 proprietor families. On September 13th, the service center of The City Star and the Chengxing community jointly held a “Enjoy the Mid-Autumn” Family Day activity which attracted more than 30 proprietor families.

The “My Yearning, My Reunion, My Mid-Autumn” event was held at platinum club of Golden Coast, providing various activities such as making mooncakes, painting moon-shaped fans, and making Mid-Autumn themed greeting cards, and attracting many Chinese and foreign proprietors. The Sweet First Homemade Mooncake

On the afternoon of September 13th, the service center of River Star carried out a mooncake making activity in which nearly two hundred mooncakes of different flavors, including creamy custard and cranberry, black sesame and walnut, lotus paste and yolk, through mutual communication and help of proprietors. This activity enhanced proprietors’ sense of belonging and the community cohesion. For many elderly proprietors, it was the first time they tried to make a mooncake by themselves.
