The second China International Import Expo (CIIE) officially opened on November 5th, 2019 in Shanghai. To prepare for CIIE and guarantee the safety and order of the community during CIIE, Shanghai Binjiang•Park One property service center got embattled to safeguard the home and carried out a comprehensive inspection of the community together with the Neighborhood Committee.

Firefighting equipment and waste classification work were the major contents of this inspection. Inspection of firefighting equipment involved check of corridor emergency lights, smoke sensors, and sprinklers in public area, as well as spot check of fire hydrant box to see if the facilities are complete and can be used normally and if the pressure of the extinguisher is normal. To ensure the fire safety of the community, corridors were also inspected if they were clean.

Waste classification is an effort at environment protection and is an only way to sustainable development of society. To comprehensively promote the waste classification work of the new community and create a beautiful and clean community environment, the property service center and the Neighborhood Committee removed original two-category waste bins (residual waste and household food waste) and reasonably determined the location of four-category waste bins (residual waste, household food waste, harmful waste, and recyclable waste). As the next step, the property service center will conduct emphatic publicity, management, and control of waste classification to help proprietors gradually develop such a good habit.

Shanghai CIIE has successfully concluded on November 10th. Binjiang•Park One service center summarized safety service experience the other day and had a firefighting drill which further enhanced firefighting skills of property management staffs and fire awareness of all.
