Binjiang Property has been in action and in the front line of fighting the epidemic. Under the threat of the epidemic, what is really moving is the donations totaling over 130 thousand voluntarily raised by proprietors of Myriad Star Phase I, II and III to the frontline property management staff. In early February, Wang Hong, the deputy mayor of Hangzhou City, Chai Shimin, the governor of Xiacheng District, as well as other leaders came to Myriad Star to visit community workers, property management staff and proprietor volunteers working in the front line of epidemic prevention and control, and they highly commended Myriad Star’s for their efforts into preventing and controlling the epidemic.

Wang Hong points out that community is the first line of defense of epidemic prevention and control which matters the overall prevention and control work of the city, and that community should strengthen its responsibility assumption and carry out various epidemic prevention and control work under the new situation with all-out efforts.

On the afternoon of February 12th, the Hangzhou Dongxin Subdistrict Office director Zheng Bin and the community secretary Zhang Liping came to Myriad Star and had an in-depth conversation with Zhu Lidong, the board chairman and general manager of Binjiang Property, who was at that time visiting the frontline property management staff. They also gave Zhu a silk ban that reads “Live Up to the Responsibility and Take the Initiative to Act” to express the subdistrict and the community’s sincere gratitude to the frontline property management staff for their efforts in strict prevention and control of the epidemic.

Later, Zhu visited property management staff and proprietor volunteers standing firm on the front line at each pass of all projects of Myriad Star.
