The fifth day in March of this year is the 56th National Learn from Lei Feng Day (Lei Feng Day). To further learn and practice the spirit of Lei Feng, party members of Binjiang Property’s general Party branch carried out the “Voluntary Blood Donation for Lives, Warm Supportive Services for People” activity to embody the spirit of devotion and convey positive energy to the society.

Party members of Binjiang Property responded to the activity enthusiastically and gathered from far and near despite the heavy rain to participate in the blood donation. Some came by bike. Although the rain wet their hair and shoes, it did not extinguish their passion.

Led by Guo Chunlan, the secretary of Binjinag Property’s general Party branch, party members lined up at the site early for registration and preliminary examination. Blood was then slowly drawn from party members having passed the examination and was carefully preserved until it was needed by someone someday. Finally, 16 party members donated blood with a total blood volume of about 4000ml.

They said that as a member of the Communist Party, they felt fulfilled to contribute to the society through the voluntary blood donation which not only is good for health but can help others at zero hour, and showed their willingness to take part in such activity again.

Party member volunteers extended others’ lives with their blood and established a good example for the society with their practical action. Their love converged and warmed the early spring.

The “Warm Supportive Services for People” activity was carried out on the Lei Feng Day at several communities managed by Binjiang Property. Focusing on the volunteering service philosophy of “Learn from Lei Feng, Dedicate to Others, Improve Self”, party members offered services at the activity sites, promoting the volunteer spirit of “dedication, friendliness, mutual help, and improvement”. They are implementing both the spirit of party member and the spirit of Lei Feng in every work and actively play the role as a model and a leader to serve proprietors well and create a “Happy Community of Binjiang” for proprietors.

At the Golden Dawn, Binjiang Property brought its advantages into full play and provided diverse and quality services for proprietors such as household appliance maintenance and repair, medical care, haircutting, car maintenance and repair, and knife grinding. Knife grinding and umbrella repair service were still the key demands of proprietors, and legal consulting, TCM inquiry, and dental consulting also favored by many people. Proprietors praised that the long-term convenient services provided by Binjiang Property always focused on proprietors’ life demands and showed Binjiang Property’s attentiveness and consideration for proprietors.

Party members of Binjiang Property at Golden Dawn community also cared about elderly people who live on their own. They conversed with the elderly to understand their difficulties in life, and will each be paired with one elderly person to help clean the house and do grocery shopping for the elderly.

Party members at Myriad Star had a traffic civilization persuasion activity at an intersection on the Lei Feng Day, publicizing and explaining traffic safety knowledge to passers-by and at the same time maintaining the traffic order carefully to make both pedestrians and vehicles civilized and thoughtfully for safety’s sake and develop good traffic consciousness. Their efforts did contribute to the formation of a civilized and orderly traffic environment.

To serve proprietors with the spirit of Lei Feng is the pursuit and belief of all party members and staffs of Binjiang Property. A series of extensive and in-depth “Learn from Lei Feng” volunteering activities not only brought happiness and life quality to proprietors but also increased proprietors’ satisfaction with Binjiang Property’s services.
