At 20:00 on April 16th, 2020, Economic 30 Minutes of CCTV2 released a feature program Property Management Heroes which depicts the extraordinary side of ordinary property management personnel who has been holding fast to their positions and belling the cat during the pandemic. #Property Management Heroes# was once on Weibo hot searches and got read for nearly a million times.

Binjiang Property organized a Property Management Heroes watching on April 16th. Frontline property management heroes in the film resonates strongly with Binjiang Property management staff who also have been sticking to their work in the front line. This program helps them deeply understand that the property management personnel’s great bravery and contribution during the pandemic are noticed, recognized and acknowledged by the society.

Unpretentious and inconspicuous though property management staff are, there’s also fire in their heart. To protect everyone’s home, they resolutely step forward and fight at the front line against the pandemic. “We will never slack off nor shrink back before the pandemic comes to an end”, said firmly the order team members of Binjiang Property New City Area. As for sanitary staff of New City Area, they have a slogan, “Face up to dirty and tiring work and leave tidiness and beauty, guarantee sanitation and disinfection and defeat virus at an early date.”

As the provider of community property management service and the 24-hour guardian of proprietors and residents, for the need of proprietors and the community, it has become a consensus of all property management personnel to be more valiant and be heroes in harm’s way.
