In recent days, Hangzhou Comprehensive Property Management Leading Team published the list of 2019 Hangzhou Beautiful Home, and five residential quarters under Binjiang Property, which are Myriad Star, Binjiang The City Star, City of the Dawn, River Star, and Golden Garden, have their names on the list.

During this selection, Binjiang Property adheres to primary-level Party building leading primary-level governance, and the “troika” tripartite linkage starts to take effect. It is reported that the pilot construction work of “Beautiful Home” is under comprehensive building and acceptance check centering on four index systems namely “beautiful residential quarter”, “peaceful residential quarter”, “orderly residential quarter” and “harmonious residential quarter” and that corresponding renovation and improvement measures are also on-going.
 

Besides, rather than being limited to the “hardware” construction, the pilot construction work also emphasizes on the construction of comprehensive property management “software” such as regularized service of property management enterprises, regularized operation of proprietor committees, strong leadership, guidance and supervision of subdistrict and community Party building, and complete and effective tripartite linkage service mechanism. It also requires to carry out resident satisfaction survey, to extensively listen to opinions of proprietors, and practically improve the sense of obtainment of the mass in the process of building.
