One day in early May, gate sentry Li Yazhou at the north gate of Yunheting found during his duty that there was some leaked oil on the road near the north gate and then immediately reported to Wang Hongbo, the foreman on duty that day.

Wang Hongbo soon arrived at the spot. He checked the situation and believed that it was because of the oil leakage of a car. On the one hand, he notified the personnel at the fire control office to check the monitoring record, and on the other hand, he investigated along the oil track. On May 28th, Li Yazhou was the member on duty at the north gate. After the rush hour, he suddenly found that there were again oil stans on the ground and immediately report to the foreman.

After receiving the notice, Wang Hongbo instantly contacted the personnel on duty at the fire control office to rewind the monitoring record for clues while he himself rushed to the site to investigate. He determined that it was the car the same as the last time that leaked oil. After a search for more than an hour, the parking space where the leaking car was was finally found.
