Coolness Brought by Proprietors and Tenants of Golden Dawn

At noon of August 1st, touched by the gesture of front-line staff working in the heat and thinking of sweat and pains of these staff, a female proprietor turned to a convenient store and bought 5 boxes of Nongfu Spring water for these front-line staff to express her solicitude.

On the afternoon of July 29th when the sun was high in the sky, two tenants of Golden Dawn Phase III, with their faces bathed in sweat, brought a cart of drinks to the property service center and insisted on the property management staff accepting these drinks. These drinks show not only their gratefulness to property managements staff for their help in daily life but also their recognition of the work of property managements staff.

“We’ve experienced the satisfactory services provided by you. These drinks are to cool you down. But for us, it really warms our heart,” said the tenants.

A Fortnight’s Free Herbal Tea at East Gate of Golden Garden

The service center of Golden Garden is carrying out the “coolness in summer” activity, which will last for two weeks since August 3rd. The security guards will get the herbal tea ready early in the morning, and the property management staff will distribute the tea to proprietors, couriers, takeout deliverymen, pedestrians, and environment sanitation workers at the east gate of Golden Garden in the morning and afternoon, hoping that the tea could help cool off people in such hot weather.
