The “Goddess’” Day on the eighth of March is the most beautiful festival in Spring. Women are writing their own stories of growth and development with their own power.


In the past 2020, we had a hard battle with the epidemic, in which the power of women played a significant role. Shouldering responsibilities and duties, women property management staff of Binjiang Property worked in the front line of epidemic containment. This year, they actively responded to the call to stay put during the Spring Festival and regarded the workplace as home to help epidemic control as well as convey the festive warmth and love to proprietors.


The March 8th Women’s Day came as flowers are blooming in Spring. Let’s see how women property management personnel of Binjiang Property work and draw strength from them.


Hangzhou Noble Lake

Project Director Zhang Xiuying


Zhang Xiuying is the director of the service center of Hangzhou Noble Lake. In 2020, she directed her team to work in the front line of epidemic control and won the title of 2020 “Best Property Manager” of Hangzhou. “This honor belongs to every member of Binjiang Property who has been continuously paying efforts in their positions on the front line, and is also a kind of incentive for us,” said Zhang Xiuying. She also told that she was very grateful for it and would take it as a beginning of further progress and work even harder in the future.

 


Hangzhou The City Star
Customer Service Director Cao Xiuzhen


Cao Xiuzhen, the customer service director of the service center of Hangzhou The City Star, has been giving up reunion with her family but choosing to stick to her post for consecutively two years. With her guidance, the customer service section did a very good job in epidemic containment in the Spring Festival of 2021 and also launched several special and considerate services such as looking after pets whose owners were not at home, feeding ornamental fish, and maintaining indoor plants, aiming to reassure proprietors who were having the Spring Festival at another place.

Customer Service Leader Lai En


As the customer service leader of the service center of Hangzhou Lake Villa, Lai En always stays true to the original aspiration and responds to the need of proprietors the first time. She is innovative at work. She put identification labels on facilities and equipment and made a home appliance operation VCR for the convenience of proprietors; accompanies and chats with old proprietors to know better about their needs; and leads her team to participate in community activities which are well-received by proprietors.

 


Hangzhou Riviera Mansion
Steward Hong Yuxia


In the early spring of this year, it is at the top of the everyday “to do” list of Hong Yuxia, a steward of the service center of Hangzhou Riviera Mansion, to check the inventory of epidemic control materials and the sanitation and disinfection condition of buildings.


Hong Yuxia pays close attention to the life of a 78-year-old grandma living in the building in her charge, and often helps the grandma buy living goods and reminds her to carry her personal belongings when going out. Before the festival, Hong Yuxia surprisingly received a painting from a kid that read, “ Thank you for your work, Miss Hong.”

Cleansing Leader Yang Cuihua


Yang Cuihua is a cleansing leader of Collegeview Garden who has been devoting herself to serving proprietors.


During the epidemic containment, people could always see her busy cleaning public areas including elevators and corridors. This Spring Festival, Yang Cuihua responded to the call of stay put and held fast to her position. She cleaned home for and chitchatted with old proprietors who live alone without their children around and had a warm Spring Festival with those old proprietors.

Cleansing Director Liu Mengping


The cleansing director of Hangzhou Xinjun Building Liu Mengping has been sticking to the front line of epidemic control since the outbreak of the epidemic. This year, instead of going back to her hometown, she responded to the call of the government and stayed put in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival. On Lantern Festival, she got ready for work early at 7 o’clock and wore the mask and gloves to distribute tangyuan to more than 300 proprietors who appreciated her work a lot.

Learning that there’s an aunt in Hangzhou Myriad Star Phase II who lives alone all the year round, the steward Liu Feifei often finds time to keep the aunt company and send her greeting to the aunt on holidays and festivals.


In this unusual Spring Festival, Liu Feifei responded to the call of the government and stayed put. Hearing that the above-mentioned aunt was spending the Spring Festival in Hangzhou, she shared self-made dumplings with the aunt who, after receiving the dumplings, held Liu Feifei’s hand and said, “You are just like my daughters and I’m so glad that you come.”

 


Hangzhou Jiangnan Star

At the height of the epidemic, Zhang Li, the customer service director of the service center of Hangzhou Jiangnan Star, worked with her colleagues and community personnel and pulled together in times of trouble to publicize epidemic control knowledge, update epidemic situation, conduct accurate isolation, and purchase daily goods for proprietors.


In the Spring Festival of 2021, Zhang Li and many of her colleagues chose to stay in Hangzhou as they believed that it was the time that proprietors needed them the most. She feels grateful that this job has given her a strong sense of mission.

 


Qiandao Lake Binjiang Resort
Cleansing Leader Xu Lin


“My work is not much to be particular about. I just feel relieved to contribute as much as I can to epidemic control,” said Xu Lin, the cleansing leader of the service center of Qiandao Lake Binjiang Resort. During the epidemic containment, she kept cleaning and disinfecting public areas such as stair rails, elevator cars, fitness equipment, waste rooms every day. In this year’s Spring Festival, she was the first to report to work and the last to go off work and directed cleaners to ensure comprehensive disinfection of the residential quarter.

 


Jiande Guanlan Mansion
Steward Yang Liangliang


At the critical moment, Yang Liangliang, a steward of the service center of Jiande Guanlan Mansion, actively cooperated with epidemic control and disinfected the residential quarter according to the instruction of the cleansing section every day.


Yang Liangliang stayed put and stuck to her position during the Spring Festival of 2021. She carefully investigated people coming back from other places the first time without any omission. As for proprietors isolated at home during the Spring Festival, she kept constant contact with them, helped purchase daily necessities, recorded their temperature every day, and also helped dispose of their daily waste.

 


Shangyu The City Star
Cleansing Director Lou Ouying


The epidemic has brought great challenges to the frontline property management staff, daily sanitation and hygiene become the riskiest work of them. Despite the said challenges and risk, Lou Ouying, the cleansing director of Shangyu The City Star, never hesitated to disinfect the environment. Her actions effectively eliminated the worries of other workers.


What director Lou has conveyed is the paramountcy of responsibility in distress. To protect the safety and peace of proprietors is the greatest wish of property management staff.
