Stay True to the Original Aspiration on the Occasion of Centennial of the Founding of the Communist Party of China
This year is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China under whose guidance Binjiang Property has been pursuing development and seeking happiness of the people with the original aspiration always in mind. Last year, Binjiang Property got the chance to participate in the “Tibetan Young Crop Support Plan” initiated by China Property Management Institute and China Poverty Alleviation Community Association to witness, care, and support the growth of Tibetan children who are four thousand kilometers away and live at an elevation of about four thousand meters above sea level, which is a kind of happiness for us. Today, over nine hundred of books donated in the “Donate a Book, Light a Beacon” activity of Binjiang Property begin their journey to Tibet with the mission to light Tibetan children’s way of seeking the truth.

To Litter Readers by Bingxin, classic drawing version 100000 Whys of last century, international award winner The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, British flap books See Inside Space and See Inside Famous Buildings, and a batch of high-quality English picture books for teenagers and children are donated. No matter they are new or cherished for a long time, these books will have a new home, which is the aided Tibetan schools closer to the sky.

Nine hundred of books form a window to the world
On June 1st, 2021 Children’s Day, Binjiang Property initiated the “Donate a Book, Light a Beacon” book donation. Within about ten days, Binjiang Property love team and proprietors of various residential quarters such as Sunshine Coast, Golden Dawn, Gingko Art Mansion, Yunheting, Riverview Impression, Myriad Star, and Yuesheng International donated more than one thousand of books, 939 of which were finally selected to be sent to Tibetan children to help broaden their horizon.

A good book can be a fountain of water and a beacon
Binjiang Property Chairman and President Zhu Lidong launched an initiative through his WeChat moment and wrote “Gorky said that books are the stepping stones to human progress. A good book can be a fountain of water that moistens a parched heart or a beacon that lights up the future. Please donate a book for people who need it far away!” A media practitioner who is also a proprietor of Riverview Impression was touch by such words and donated a box of books immediately.
Despite very busy work, Zhu Lidong always has Tibetan children’s study and growth in his heart. In this donation, Zhu donated twice. He first donated ten new books on the very day the initiative was launched, and then on June 11th carried another two heavy boxes of totally 214 new books, such as Who’s the Future Young Pioneer Team Leader by Wang Anyi, Frozen, and other readable children’s books published by Zhejiang Juvenile and Children's Publishing Co., Ltd. and other publishers.

Books help Tibetan children grow better
A book donator from Sunshine Coast told property management staff, “I bought these books carefully for my kid originally. Now we have more books in our home. I’m very happy to maximize the value of these old books and hope children in Tibetan would like them and grow into a better person with these books.”
Except for proprietors, the property service center staff of Sunshine Coast also took a very active part in book donation. According to project director Sun, they bought ten books recommended by primary school teachers, including The Little Prince by French Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, A Little Princess by British Frances Hodgson Burnett, Three Mathematic Books for Children arousing the mathematical thinking, etc., and hoped to share what children in Hangzhou are reading with Tibetan children.
A kid of Hangzhou Gingko Art Mansion told a steward with an expectant look on his face that he wanted to sent his books to Tibet to share the magical and wonderful world in these books with children in Tibet.

Humanities and arts enrich the mind of children in Tibet
Out of the love for children in Tibet, the property service center of Hangzhou Yunheting also donated books with 330 yuan raised from flower sale at the Flea Street activity of the residential quarter in May.
In early June, Lin Yu, the founder of Binjiang Property love team, and director Dai of Yunheting property service center went to an independent book store and purchased twenty good books including Chinese classics The Book of Songs, The Analects of Confucius, Lao Zi, and The Mencius, Chinese version of Harry Potter loved by children, Yuan Yuan Tang by Feng Zikai, A Madman’s Diary and Lu Xun’s Essays by Lu Xun, as well as other literature and art related books such as The Forbidden City, British Museum, and Monet’s Tree. It is the primary idea of Binjiang Property love team to enrich the mind of children in Tibet with humanities and arts.
Director Fang from Golden Dawn and director Guo from Yuesheng International also joined the book donation team. They took out books of their own and also carefully selected and purchased some new books for schools in Tibet. In addition, together with several members of Binjiang Property love team, they raised the postage of a considerable amount.

Share the charm of literature under the same sky
On June 25th, 2021, Binjiang Property had a simple mailing ceremony for the book donation activity and sent out over nine hundred of books packed in 16 boxes, on each of which there’s a message “Share the charm of literature under the same sky”. Now these books are on their way to Tibet.
Some people say that it is a library instead of just books that Binjiang Property has donated. It is the great support of Binjiang Property’s proprietors that has enlarged the scale of the donation. We sincerely hope to see children in Tibet enjoy the happiness of thinking and reading in their schools under the blue sky and in the breeze and maybe sometimes think about Hangzhou in the south where there are beautiful minds everywhere.
