Binjiang Engineering Team Received Commendations of the Proprietors’ Committee for Overcoming a Long Existing Problem

Before Binjiang Property took over the management of Hangzhou Haiyujinghua Apartment, the major kitchen sewage pipe of Building 2 was blocked all the time, and thus had to be connected to the sewer piping shaft, which not only affected the environment of the residential quarter but also caused troubles to some proprietors’ life. The proprietors of Building 2 have been plagued by this problem for a very long time.

The engineering section of the service center of Haiyujinghua resolved to face and completely solve the knotty problem. They first turned to developer for help, but the dredging work didn’t go well. Then, they listened to the proprietors’ committee and asked a famous professional dredging company in Hangzhou for help. But the second attempt failed, too.

Professionals suggested that excavating the pavement to examine and repair the pipeline may be the only solution. Is there no better solution? The engineering director Wang Zhenyang of Haiyujinghua service center didn’t give up and continued to look for a breakthrough point with his team.

On July 2nd, the engineering section borrowed the dredging equipment from other residential quarters and officially started the dredging work. It rained heavily on the first dredging day. The engineering team entered the piping shaft and tried to dredge down from the ground. But it seemed useless.

There was no time for dismay. The engineering team discussed overnight and decided to change the direction of dredging the next day.

Under the blazing sun, they dredged upward from M Floor. To everyone’s delight, the sign of success finally appeared after a whole day of continuous work. However, when they were so encouraged to dredge the pipe thoroughly at one fling, the dredging equipment broke down due to overload operation.

On July 7th, the engineering section resumed the work immediately after the dredging equipment was repaired. The hard work paid off, and the major sewage pipe was finally cleared up. Both director Wang and other members of the engineering section felt relieved that the proprietors will no longer troubled by the pipe blockage.

What this engineering team did was facing the pain point directly, finding the solution, and soldiering on. They were steadfast in their duties despite all difficulties and innovated new solutions at the same time. Their technology and persistence were recognized by proprietors again and again.

After the success of pipe dredging, the proprietors’ committee of Haiyujinghua, on behalf of all proprietors, sent a silk banner to Binjiang Property to express their appreciation for Binjiang Property’s hard work in the past seven months to keep the residential quarter beautiful and neat, especially for the engineering section’s efforts to solve the long-standing pipe blockage.
