In March, the gentle breeze, the warm sunshine and the flowers blooming everywhere decorate the city of Hangzhou. If chancing to meet a tree of cherry blossoms is a kind of spring-only happiness, it must be greater happiness to come across tulips on doorstep. After all, except in Taiziwan Park by the West Lake, which is the best place to view tulips in Hangzhou, it is rare to find tulips in a residential quarter.
However, in this spring, proprietors of Bofeng Longyuefu served by Binjiang Property in Hangzhou Xiaoshan are lucky to live in a garden full of tulips. It is really enviable to greet blooming tulips on the way of morning run or walk.
Proprietor Wang is one of those who captured flowers in the residential quarter earlier in this spring. When we heard the blooming of tulips in Taiziwan Park, the buds of tulips in Bofeng Longyuefu also opened and showed their impressed mellow colors that easily take your breath away.
Proprietors of Bofeng Longyuefu recognize the role of proprietors’ care and property management staff’s dedication in improvement of the residential quarter’s garden quality. With precious good care of property management staff, the tulips sown in this January finally put forth their delightful flowers in this spring.
Bofeng Longyuefu is an external project of Binjiang Property. Since it took over management of the residential quarter on May 1st, 2021, improving the garden environment has become an important part of Binjiang Property’s management plan. Proprietor committee of Bofeng Longyuefu suggested tulips for a better atmosphere of flower viewing, and such suggestion did play a part in improvement of the gardening quality of the residential quarter.
“After discussion with the proprietor committee, we specially designed several semicircle tulip zones with white fences on either side of tracks at the central area of the residential quarter. There’re always many proprietors coming to take pictures on the weekend,” said the greening director Qian. Tulips sown in winter were carefully cultivated, watered, and supported by garden greening staff despite wind and rain and finally offer special and unique experience of flower viewing this spring.
Except for tulips that take up an area of about 75m2, the flower list also includes many other species that bloom in different seasons such as baby’s breath, pansy, Chinese pink, moss rose and tropical sage, enriching the flower species in the residential quarter and creating more layers.
“Now all lawns are new and the tulips are all in full bloom. But we won’t stop here. We will continue to learn more from the outside and bring more nice flowers and garden ideas back to make our place more attractive,” said the greening director Qian of Bofeng Longyuefu when talking about this year’s garden greening improvement plan.
The growth of a precious flower variety requires a dedicated greening team. To make the living place a garden full of verdant trees and flowers and make proprietors truly feel the upgrade of living quality is the goal of Binjiang Property. There’s still a long way to go, yet Binjiang Property will never stop.
