Weather forecast of Hangzhou on December 15th: The air temperature of Hangzhou will drop from daytime to night today, which may be only 5～6℃ at about 8:00 PM and drop to be about 0℃ on the next morning. At the beginning of December, the engineering workers and order maintainers of Hangzhou Qinglaijiazuo prepared enough rust remover, lubricating oil and protective sleeve of hydrant pumper connections. They sprayed rust remover on outdoor pumper connections, applied lubricating oil, and put protective sleeve on them. This would guarantee normal operation of water meters at low temperature and effectively avoid inconvenience caused by broken water meters in winter.

In late autumn, a few service centers of Binjiang Property maintained underfloor heating for residents who were grateful for that. On November 20th, the service center of the Hangzhou Wulin One community supplied underfloor heating maintenance service to guarantee a warm winter for residents, helped residents switch on underfloor heating, debugged the panel and boiler of underfloor heating and checked whether water knockout vessel could work normally. At the beginning of December, the engineering workers of the Hangzhou Wulin One paid special attention to protecting water taps on rooftop of all buildings to guarantee normal water supply by water pipes and taps in winter.
