Standard of Quality! Five Binjiang Property Projects Are Selected as 2023 Excellent Property Management Projects of Hangzhou

On January 4th, 2024, Hangzhou Property Management Institute announced the evaluation results of excellent residential and non-residential property management projects in Hangzhou for the year 2023, and five Binjiang Property projects were on the list, including four excellent residential property management projects, namely, Haiyujinghua Apartment, Emerald Coast Apartment, Haimingyayuan, and Bofeng Longyue Mansion, and one excellent non-residential property management project, which is Chuang Zhi Lu Gu Development Center managed by Zhihe Property under Binjiang Property.

According to the “Notice on Carrying out the Evaluation of Excellent Residential and Non-residential Property Management Projects in Hangzhou in 2023”, Hangzhou Property Management Institute was entrusted by Hangzhou Housing Security and Real Estate Administration Bureau with the organization and implementation of the evaluation of excellent property management projects in Hangzhou for the year 2023 with the aim to further consolidate and deepen the achievements of the “Better Quality for the Asian Games” campaign, further promote the healthy competition between property management companies, and give better play to the exemplary and leading role of excellent property management projects.

The five projects of Binjiang Property will bring their exemplary and leading role into full play and continue to improve service quality, spread love and kindness, promote community culture construction, and make greater contribution to the healthy and orderly development of Hangzhou property management service industry and the construction of a harmonious living environment.
