In Early December 2023, the fire control room received a fire alarm from a home on the 13th floor. After being informed, the patrol guard Zhang Wenlong and the order team member Liang Jiahao went to the site immediately and found that the homeowner fell asleep in the midst of cooking, leaving the stove open and thus causing the smoke detector to go off. The two order team members took prompt action to distinguish the fire. In the end, only one pot in the kitchen was burned out, minimizing the damage to the proprietor. The proprietor expressed gratitude and assured that he would be careful when using fire in the kitchen and would make sure to turn off the stove before leaving.

Since Binjiang Property’s entry into Bofeng Longyue Mansions, proprietors have truly felt the warmth of the professional services provided by the property management team. Longyue Mansions is located in the central area of the Hangzhou Asian Games. During the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, the service center of Longyue Mansions adhered to the guidance of Party building, reinforced the foundation of “red property”, and actively cooperated with the government departments to patrol the residential quarter for 40 days, completing the residential quarter security task successfully.
