Plant Saplings, Record Growths

The gentle spring breeze sprouts the tender buds on the branches, greens the grass on the ground, and also stirs up the enthusiasm of children and parents to plant trees. On the morning of March 9th, 16 families in Hangzhou Lansong'aofu came to the designated tree planting site in high spirits. Under the guidance of property management staff, they cleared weeds, dug holes, and carefully straightened out, earthed up, and watered young pomegranate trees, peach trees, hawthorn trees, and other saplings. With joint efforts of everyone, 16 young trees stood in the breeze, exuding vitality in the bright sun.

Plant new greenery in spring, quietly awaiting the shade to grow. On the east side of the central square of Hangzhou Flow Era, the tree planting activity was in full swing. 20 families worked together to shovel soil and transplant 20 saplings including peach trees, pomegranate trees, hawthorn trees, and pear trees. After the saplings were planted, proprietors also hung nameplates on the saplings and took a group photo together to mark the occasion. The property considered the different seasonal views when choosing the saplings, knowing that flowers bloom in their own time. The proprietors participating in tree planting stated that the Arbor Day event not only enhanced the parent-child interaction within the family, but also cultivated a sense of ecological civilization in everyone to love green, plant green, and protect green.

Book for Forever Green Life

Binjiang Property’s “Saplings in the Spring Breeze” initiative also suggests a book-for-plant event. Cute succulents are the first choice of many service centers. The books exchanged for plants will be placed in reading rooms or clubhouse bars for proprietors to share and read.

At the entrance to the clubhouse, many proprietors brought heavy books to get potted plants with interest. “Wow, these succulents all look so nice!” Succulent plants and books are symbols of vitality and hope. “We have too many idle books at home, and it’s a good idea to exchange them for green plants. It’s a meaningful activity and I want to do it more”, said a proprietor. In less than an hour, over a hundred books were exchanged for 35 pots of succulents.
