“You Support Our Comfortable, Safe, and Peaceful Life!” The First Thank-You Letter from Haikou Proprietors to Binjiang Property

Among projects served by Binjiang Property, the southernmost one is The Splendid in Haikou City, Hainan Province. In the four months of Binjiang Property’s service for the project since it was delivered on January 18th, 2024, Binjiang Property has received nine silk banners from its proprietors as the proprietor’s recognition and gratitude for the property service provided by Binjiang Property.

In just over three months of living in The Splendid, Ms. Zhao has truly felt the quality service of Binjiang Property. At the end of April, a thank-you letter from Ms. Zhao traveled mountains and rivers and arrived at the headquarters of Binjiang Property by the West Lake. It’s the first thank-you letter received by the property service center of The Splendid.

Ms. Zhao genuinely felt the enthusiasm, attentiveness, meticulous care, and standardized management of Binjiang Property’s property management staff during her interaction with them. In particular, the steward Zhuang Qiuzhuan has left a profound impression on her.

In her letter, Ms. Zhao mentioned that from house maintenance to surrounding facilities, Zhuang Qiuzhuan can always offer timely and patient help to coordinate and solve any problems. She commented that Zhuang’s highly responsible attitude towards her work is very commendable.

In addition to the quality of Binjiang Property’s service that Ms. Zhao experiences every day, a fire accident at her house in April prompted her to write this thank-you letter.

On the morning of April 23rd, Ms. Zhao’s family left the house without turning off the stove, resulting in burnt food, an open fire, and a significant amount of smoke that triggered the indoor smoke alarm. At this critical moment, fortunately, Wang Yanzi and Huang Xiaomei, who were on duty in the monitoring room and fire control room of the service center, and the building steward Zhuang Qiuzhuan promptly noticed the alarm and rushed to the scene immediately. They were soon joined by the project director Qi Zhaolong, the order director Sun Chongqiang, the customer service director Chen Huini, and the order team member Lin Chengjie and successfully eliminated the potential danger.

Ms. Zhao and her family who were away from home at that time were very anxious when received the call from Zhuang. But soon they were relieved to hear that the incident had been well handled by the property management staff with no damage caused to the house.

Ms. Zhao believes that Binjiang Property’s frontline property management staff demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and awareness of fire safety during this fire incident, successfully protecting the property safety of the proprietors through practical actions, allowing proprietors to live comfortably, safely, and with peace of mind.
