Adhering to the principles of fairness, objectivity, and comprehensiveness, and adopting a scientific methodology, China Index Academy has conducted a comprehensive survey on property service satisfaction among proprietors in major cities nationwide. Supported by detailed data from the 2024 property service satisfaction survey and based on the key evaluation metrics such as customer expectation, quality perception, value perception, etc., a selection of enterprises excelling in both proprietor satisfaction and service quality has been identified.
