This is a letter of thanks recited by Mr. Yu, the Owner of Zone B of Yiwu Chouzhoufu Community, at the Community Service Center for Binjiang Property staff. In August, Mr. Yu came to the Center holding a letter of thanks and presented it to the housekeeper Xiao Li. In consideration of his handwriting style that may be hard to recognize by others, he decided to read it aloud for everyone there. His high-pitched voice and true language instantly touched everyone at present.

In fact, Mr. Yu extended his gratitude to the staff for an issue that seems very trivial for the property: Mr. Yu had noticed that the joint between the wall tiles and floor tiles at the elevator entrance in the public area was not filled, and the gap had certain deviation, so he reported it to the housekeeper Xiao Li, who accordingly contacted the construction unit for treatment.

Mr. Yu paid close attention to the whole process of how Binjiang Property treated the issue. He saw that the maintenance workers tried to improve the site for several rounds with a rigorous and serious working attitude. He also wrote down the maintenance requirements told by the workers. With attention paid to the overall effect, Mr. Yu is satisfied with the effect after maintenance.

Yiwu Chouzhoufu Community includes the replacement buildings with a key geographical location. Mr. Yu, who attaches great importance to life quality, put a lot of efforts in decorating his apartment and he also wishes a perfect supporting public area so as to achieve strong sense of comfort when living in the community. Although he has not yet lived in the apartment, he has received considerate services from Binjiang Property during the whole decoration process over the past one year. He also claimed that the good style of property (thoughtful, meticulous, hard-working and self-disciplined deeds) is worth learning from.

The Property Service Center expressed that each of the member was deeply touched by this letter of thanks from the owner and their sincere and meticulous services have been accepted and recognized by the owners.

All the sincere services for owners could best reflect the service staff’s dedication to work and care for the owners.
