It is the sixth year that the senior residents of Thousand Island Lake East Coast share the happy hours of the Double Ninth Festival. On the Double Ninth Festival, the senior residents gathered together and enjoyed the fragrant longevity noodles with dried tofu and shredded pork prepared by property management staff in person. Director Fang of the service center said, “The anticipation from the elderly residents is our motivation. Only by unwavering persistence can we live up to their long-standing trust.” The elderly residents were very satisfied with the longevity noodles and praised the property management staff for their excellent cooking skills.

This is the second year that the service center of Thousand Island Lake Peninsula Impression prepared longevity noodles for senior residents on the Double Ninth Festival. Although a bowl of longevity noodles with dried tofu and shredded pork may look ordinary, it is exceptionally flavorful. Along with the noodles, warmth spreads like the fragrance of flowers, reaching more residential quarters and benefiting the elderly population.

As the old saying goes, filial piety comes first among all good deeds. The service center of Hangzhou Golden Coast prepared TCM healthcare packages for its senior residents as a Double Ninth Festival gift. Besides, it also prepared herbal moxa health hammers and longevity noodles for the elderly. The stewards visited the senior residents in person, conveying their Double Ninth blessings with the gifts, conversing with the senior residents about their life and health, and carefully reminding the senior residents to take care of themselves and stay safe and well during the season changes.

In this golden autumn, the refreshing breezes send the osmanthus fragrance everywhere in the city. In Hangzhou Hangyuan Imperial Mansion and Precious Manion, the service centers offered senior residents over 65 years old a trip to the picturesque Santai Mountain near the West Lake on the Double Ninth Festival. With the company of the property management staff and with osmanthus and tea, the senior residents had a great time on Santai Mountain, reminiscing about the past and appreciating the beauty of autumn.
Double Ninth Convenient Service
In addition to longevity peaches and longevity noodles, many service centers of Binjiang Property also offered the most characteristic convenient and livelihood care services, such as haircutting, knife grinding, and tailoring. In Hangzhou Haiyujinghua, the stewards visited senior residents in person with longevity peaches.
