On October 2nd, 2024, residents of Hanning Mansion in Ningbo experienced an unexpected fire emergency. In the thrilling moment, the frontline Binjiang Property staff, with their professionalism, courage, and responsibility, composed a hymn of praise for defending the common home.
At 18:54, the smoke alarm in the control room of Hanning Mansion shattered the tranquility of the residential quarter. The duty personnel in the control room acted swiftly and immediately notified the order foremen Xiao Zhenghua and Yang Shiwen. At 18:56, the property management team arrived at the scene and discovered a burning air energy external unit at the device platform on the 5th floor, with the fire already spreading to the indoor bathroom, making the situation critical and urgent.
At 18:57, the control room called 119 and, at the same time, reported the fire to the project director Gu Peiwen, who, after learning the situation, rushed to the scene immediately. The steward Kang Lei promptly contacted and informed the resident to come back. At 18:58, the order team members Ding Biao, Wang Zheng, Liu Xiaogang, and Zhang Jun also arrived. The well-trained order team members, without hesitation, pulled out the fire hoses and connected them to fire hydrants, focusing their efforts on putting out the fire. At 19:01, the fire was successfully distinguished.
Later, fire engines arrived and conducted a further inspection to make sure that the fire was completely distinguished. At 19:50, the resident’s family came back home to check the damage. Relievedly, they said, “Thank goodness for Binjiang Property, otherwise our entire home would’ve been destroyed.”
On October 13th, the director of the proprietors committee of Hanning Mansion sent a silk banner that read “Fire Fighter, Life Saver” to the service center in appreciation of the bravery of the order team members and to commend the Binjiang Property staff for their swift and professional fire response and their all-out efforts in minimizing the losses and protecting the safety of the common home.
