The introduction of the “Health House” medical facility to the residential quarter offers residents a range of convenient and advanced healthcare services. It is known that the Health House allows users to login with their ID cards and has integrated multiple modules such as height and weight, body temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and electrocardiogram. It can establish communication via cable or Bluetooth with a control terminal to enable real-time uploading of measurement results and generation of health reports. Additionally, the health data can be transmitted via WIFI to the backend and stored in the cloud.

Despite the distance, we can achieve our dreams as long as we keep pursuing. The Subdistrict and Community officers actively responded to residents’ health needs and officially installed an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at the neighborhood center of the residential quarter on December 31st, 2024. The fire and control room staff as well as other frontline Binjiang Property staff will be on 24-hour emergency standby to guarantee the health of residents around the clock.
