To publicize learning of the spirit of rule by law and to respond to the Hangzhou Jianggan Property Management Association, Binjiang Property’s general Party branch organized Party member to visit the Hangzhou May Fourth Constitution History Materials Museum on May 5th, 2019 to understand constitution knowledge and learn the constitution spirit.

The team visited three display areas namely prologue hall, restoration display and theme display, and, through videos, pictures and physical materials, got a full understanding of the history background and the foundation course of “May Fourth Constitution” such as how Mao Zedong directed the drafting of “West Lake Manuscript”, how the whole nation participated in the discussion of constitution formulation, and how “the Constitution of the People” got approved unanimously, and fully realized that this Constitution has laid down basic principles and systems for New China in all aspects including politics, economy, and society.

Looking back on the history, Party members participating in this activity have not only broaden their knowledges but also enhanced their awareness of constitution and rule by law. After this visit and learning, Party members have a deeper understanding of the “May Fourth Constitution” and the constitution spirit and said that they will consciously transmit and carry forward the spirit and work hard and in earnest, striving to be a pacesetter and a good model for others.
