On the eve of the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake, with the fruits of a year’s hard work, people return home with resolute and unwavering steps despite all the storms they have weathered in the past year and all the distance away from home.
Home is the place that holds our deepest yearnings, where family gathers around in the embrace of warm and soothing light. Yet, those who forsake family reunion and steadfastly remain at their posits during the Spring Festival deserve our utmost respect.
It has been a tradition of Binjiang Property to extend New Year’s Eve greetings to the staff remain at the front line. Before the Year of the Snake officially announced its arrival, Yu Zhongxiang, Chairman of Binjiang Property, visited and expressed his concern for the frontline property management staff working tirelessly during the Spring Festival.
On January 28th, the New Year’ Eve, the Chairman Yu Zhongxiang, along with Shen Guorong, the Executive President, and Wang Guoyi, Cheng Yanfei, Yuan Haibin, the Vice Presidents, visited Hangzhou Qijiang Lanyuexuan, Chuang Zhi Lu Gu Development Center, The One, and Binlv Tower to extend their greetings to the frontline property management staff who would remain on duty during the Spring Festival. Dr. Qi, another vice president who was by then in a different place, also offered greetings to these staff through video, extending the best wishes for the Year of the Snake.
During the visit, Chairman Yu expressed his sincere concern for the staff’s well-being and had cordial conversations with everyone. He also presented the staff with Spring Festival gifts that contained his best wishes for the Year of the Snake. According to Chairman Yu, he was very grateful to all the staff for prioritizing the community over their own families during the Spring Festival and hoped that the staff would maintain the service quality and help residents enjoy a joyous, safe, and auspicious New Year.
