There, proprietors appreciated colorful lanterns, guessed tricky riddles, tried dough figurine sculpture, which is an intangible cultural heritage, made lanterns, and savored tangyuan. The irresistible allure of traditional culture captivated both adult and young proprietors to partake in the event and deeply immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere.

Hangzhou Golden Coast

On the occasion of the Lantern Festival, the proprietors committee of Hangzhou Golden Coast, on behalf of all proprietors, sent their Lantern Festival greetings and delivered New Year red packets to the dedicated property management team in gratitude for their consistent commitment and dedication, whether in daily services, facility maintenance, security assurance, or emergency handling, all of which made proprietors feel cared and secured. On the eve of the Lantern Festival, the property service center of Hangzhou Tim Melody invited a professional dragon and lion dancing team to perform in the residential quarter. On the Lantern Festival of the Year of the Snake, adorned with lanterns and festive decorations, the Binlv Tower witnessed a joyous lantern riddle guessing event dedicatedly organized by the property management staff. Strings of red lanterns were hung high, and colorful riddle slips swayed gently in the wind, setting the tone for the festive atmosphere. The proprietors gathered together and enjoyed a happy and cozy traditional festival.

Pinghu Myriad Flower Wanheyuan

The Lantern Festival garden party themed “Joyous Lantern Festival, Reunion at This Moment” at Pinghu Myriad Flower Wanheyuan was bustling, filled with laughter and cheer. The lanterns were hung high, giving a strong festive atmosphere. A variety of activities such as riddle guessing, lantern making, and tangyuan cooking attracted hundreds of residents to immerse themselves in the cultural experience.

Shanghai Wisdom Park

“Lantern Festival on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, tangyuan and riddles under red lanterns.” At Shanghai Wisdom Park, the service center prepared lots of interesting activities for proprietors. In a strong festive atmosphere, the proprietors guessed riddles and savored tangyuan. The lantern-making activity was particularly popular among the children, who adorned their lanterns with animated decorations. These distinctive lanterns became the most eye-catching scene of the night.

On the Lantern Festival, the Shanghai Park One held a traditional cultural event to celebrate the festival. The lively lion dance, the thunderous gongs and drums, the intriguing lantern riddles, the interesting zodiac paper-cutting, and the hot delicious tangyuan elevated the festive atmosphere to its climax. The property service center along with the neighborhood committee sent volunteers to extend Lantern Festival greetings and wishes for the proprietors, blending traditional culture with heartfelt care.

Yiwu Chouzhou Mansion

On the eve of the Lantern Festival, the little ones at Yiwu Chouzhou Mansion became the main characters of a unique dragon lantern event, with over a hundred young proprietors taking part. The dragon lantern event is a traditional event in Yiwu, carrying people’s wishes for a bountiful harvest and favorable weather in the coming year. For young proprietors, it is not only a form of exercise but, more importantly, a way to carry on this cultural tradition. The children actively signed up for the event, demonstrating great enthusiasm for it. At about 17:00, with the call to “raise”, the children’s dragon lantern parade in Chouzhou Mansion started. With the sound of gongs and drums, the dragon’s head was lifted, and its body coiled. The whole dragon in the lantern light appeared an auspicious and festive red.

Yiwu Xiuchuan Mansion

It is a tradition to have tangyuan, which symbolizes family unity and happiness, on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. At the event held by Yiwu Xiuchuan Mansion, the cleaning director cooked pots of steaming tangyuan for proprietors, and stewards personally delivered the tangyuan to the proprietors present. The traditional stuffings such as black sesame exuded an enticing fragrance, and each tangyuan encapsulated the warmth and sweetness of home.
