Residents of a Residential Quarter in Yiwu Benefited from a Helpful Elevator Safety Publicity Event

To enhance residents’ awareness of elevator safety and promote knowledge about safe elevator usage, Yiwu Construction Investment Group Binjiang Branch, in collaborating with KONE, the elevator company, recently organized a “Safe Elevator Usage in Communities” event at Yiwu Chouzhou Mansion Zone A, drawing participation from many middle-aged and elderly residents in the residential quarter.
Lou Jiaming, Section Chief from the Yiwu Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, and Zhong Chengrong, Director of Choucheng Subdistrict Administration for Market Regulation, were specially invited to the event to provide on-site supervision and guidance.
At the event, elevator experts gave a detailed explanation on safe elevator usage based on the actual renovation conditions in the residential quarter, highlighting precautions during the renovation period, emphasizing the damage caused by overloading and rough handling to elevators, and stressing the proper way to use elevator protective devices. They not only explained the daily elevator usage guidelines but also deepened residents’ understanding about the significance of elevator safety. 在电梯应急救援演练环节中，通力电梯的专业人员带领业主亲身体验教学，在模拟电梯故障场景下，专业技术人员演示全套救援流程，从被困人员按响紧急呼叫按钮，到物业与维保人员迅速响应、确定故障位置，再到展开救援行动，每个步骤都清晰展示。
期间，技术人员还向业主传授被困时的自救方法，如保持冷静、利用通话设备求救等。不少业主主动参与演练，亲身体验救援过程，有效提升应急处置能力。
小区毛阿姨说：“这次活动很贴合实际，上年纪了，以前也没有怎么使用过电梯，怕遇到电梯故障，不会操作，现在学过就知道怎么做了，很有用。”
此次活动加强了业主安全乘梯意识，提升了自身的应急能力。安全乘梯进小区活动，物业将持续开展，让安全乘梯理念深入人心，努力为小区业主营造安全、舒适的居住环境。
