Even during the Spring Festival of 2019, the front-line property management staff of Binjiang Property still stuck to their posts. Instead of staying with their own family, they chose to take care of the grand collectivity. Although they couldn’t be reunited with their family, they accompanied the proprietors through a peaceful and happy Spring Festival with their mission kept in mind.

On the New Year’s Eve, Director Jiang of The City Star Proprietor Committee, on behalf of all proprietors, gave the new-year red packets to the front-line property management staff who still stuck to their posts during the Chinese New Year and wished them a happy new year and good health.

What matters is not the amount of the red packet, but proprietor’s recognition of Binjiang Property’s service. Since the property management industry is a service industry, the support and understanding of proprietors is the strongest impetus for Binjing Property people.

On the same eve, proprietors of Golden Dawn Phase I came despite the rain to show their gratitude to the property management staff on duty during the Spring Festival for their hard work.

Proprietors expressed that they were touched by the dedication of property management staff who gave up reunion with their family but stood fast to their positions. They paid respect and gave their New Year greetings to the staff which made the staff feel really warm.

Like property management staff of other communities, the staff of Myriad Star was also performing their duty during the Spring Festival. Proprietors of Myriad Star Phase II and Phase III made a donation spontaneously and gave red packets to the property management staff to thank their hard work of the past year. These red packets were just like strings of notes that made up a happy and warm New Year symphony.

With support, understanding, and trust of all proprietors, Binjiang Property people will uphold the company philosophy of “Make Life Warmer” and set out again in 2019 with the sense of responsibility and mission.
