Jointly carried out by Hangzhou Housing Security and Management Bureau, Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hangzhou Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee Office, Hangzhou Urban Brand Promotion Association, Hangzhou Property Management Insitute and “Hangzhou Release” Network Platform Work Leading Team Office, selection of the Third “Best Property Manager” of Hangzhou was launched in November 2018.

This event focuses on primary workers and Party members of property management service and pacesetters and collectivities that play an exemplary role. Having gone through links including registration and recommendation, WeChat voting, community, and expert review and marking, and result publicity, 11 were elected as the Third “Best Property Manager” of Hangzhou, including Lian Erhuan, the order maintenance director of Binjiang Property.

On June 19^th, 2018, the director of Ren Yi Tang Hospital, a neighbor of New City Square, personally sent a banner and a thank-you letter to the service center as high praise for Lian Erhuan who bravely and quickly organize her team members to fight the sudden fire at the hospital on June 14^th.
