The “2018 Discovery of China Community of Beautiful Life” held by Beautiful Life Research Institute was initiated on April 2nd. Focused on the theme of “Community of Beautiful Life”, the 2018 China Beautiful Life Demonstration Communities were eventually selected from 1023 communities in 60 cities after 3 months of evaluation, including project application, likes collecting and expert appraisal. In Hangzhou, 7 brand communities are listed.

On the morning of August 22nd, Binjiang Golden Dawn “2018 China Beautiful Life Demonstration Community” Awarding Ceremony was held at Golden Dawn Phase III witnessed by the representative of Beautiful Life Research Institute and GM of Leju Hangzhou Ye Xiaoyi, Vice-GM of Binjiang Property Guo Chunlan, Editor-in-Chief of Leju Hangzhou Shangguan Jian and Property Director of Golden Dawn Zheng Huaming.

Ye Xiaoyi, GM of Leju Hangzhou, addressed: Binjiang Golden Dawn at the core area of East New City gives a standard of both construction quality and property service in this industry. It reflects more a kind of feeling rather than its architectural attribute and is a sample of the beautiful life in Hangzhou.
