In the name of flower, the Bingjiang Property “Sound of Substance” Flee Street started from blossom of camphor flower in April 2018 to appearance of fragrance of gardenia in every corner in May, and toured Golden Jiangnan of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City, College View Garden in the main urban area, Myriad City Phase II at Yuhang District and, finally, Golden Dawn Phase II of East New City where it came to its satisfactory end.

At College View Garden, kids knew the routine on the flee street. Yo-heave-ho of neighboring would impel them to improve their marketing ways. And they would carefully and sincerely ask every customer and recommend the most suitable substances for them. Perseverance is necessary for the harvest since customers were not concentrated at once.

At the Myriad City station, the property management staff considerately provided early stallholders with milk and bread which made them feel warm. At Golden Dawn Phase II, proprietors’ handmade walnut and bead bracelets were the most popular items in the summer and even attracted an Italian kid who requested the stallholder to make a carefully selected bracelet on the spot.

Book exchange was a cultural scenery in many communities. Establishment of friendship and enhancement of communication as a result of a beloved article strongly interpreted the purpose of “Sound of Substance”.
