As the saying goes, “Better is a neighbor that is near than a relative far off”. Who would you ask for help in the event of sudden illness of your family when you are far away?

On October 26th, 2019, steward Wang Jieqiong of Shaoxing Jishan Emerald Garden service center received an emergency call from proprietor Ms. Shi who was at that time out of the city and asked property management staffs to help her mother who was at home alone and passed out due to sudden illness.

Upon hearing such an emergency, Wang Jieqiong immediately rushed to Ms. Shi’s home with several order team members. The door was locked. The order team member Zhao Jiuhu, regardless of his personal safety, ventured to climb to the proprietor’s balcony from the next balcony. After the door was open, Wang Jieqiong found the proprietor’s mother was unconscious and called 120 in no delay.

Upon arrival of the ambulance, and property management personnel carefully transferred Ms. Shi’s mom to the ambulance and accompanied her to the hospital. The elderly woman now has been out of danger thanks to timely treatment.
 

From Ms. Shi’s point of view, Wang Jieqiong, Zhao Jiuhu, Han Fei, Wang Ming, Yao Jinfu, Ma Qiqi and other Binjiang Property employees have set a perfect example of what standard property service should like through their actions. Both the emergency response ability and the dedication to proprietor’s family fully reflect property management personnel’s service philosophy of “property management staffs and proprietors as a family” and the professional ethics of “proprietors first”. Ms. Shi was too grateful for their behavior to express her gratitude.

Ms. Shi specially wrote a thank-you letter after coming back home, in which she hoped that Binjiang Property could maintain such service style, carry forward the six employees’ spirit of dedication, and continue to provide quality service for the community. She also awarded a silk banner.
