At 7:00 am on February 5th, generous and loving proprietors of Myriad Star III initiated a donation in the WeChat proprietor group to frontline property management staff bravely fighting the epidemic and guarding the community day and night. February 5th is a day of Myriad Star Phase III’s property management staff fighting the epidemic and also feeling grateful to proprietors. Within only one day and as of 21:00 of that day, 286 proprietors echoed the donation initiative and raised 56420 yuan in total for frontline property management staff. This donation has been partially used to purchase materials for epidemic prevention and control such as masks, disinfectants, goggles, and gloves, and more than forty frontline property management staff members will each receive a red envelope of more than 1000 yuan.
On February 7th, all proprietors of Myriad Star Phase III gave a letter of thanks to the frontline property management staff, which reads “At first there were several proprietors moved by security personnel’s hard work and intending to give red envelopes to them. But then, as this idea was transmitted to all WeChat groups, little by little the will has merged into the great love.” From this amazing love relay, we can feel proprietors’ high recognition of the work of property management staff.
As the representative of all property management staff of Myriad Star Phase III, the assistant Xu expressed their heartfelt gratitude and said, “Despite the cruelness and mercilessness of the epidemic, there is love in our Myriad City. One flower might be beautiful, but it is surely much more brilliant in the case of the ocean of flowers. The whole team of Myriad Star Phase III is guarding the Myriad Star of love with their faith.”
This action of care reflects Binjiang Property’s property management staff’s sense of mission of taking the life security of proprietors as their responsibility, and they guarding the community is exactly the portrayal and epitome of all property management personnel of Binjiang Property. But more significantly, we’d like to thank proprietors for their support and understanding which are the strong backing for property management staff to go ahead confidently and win the epidemic.
Though the Myriad Star Phase III was understaffed during the Spring Festival, the property management staff each holds multiple positions and is fighting in the front line of epidemic prevention of the community. The order team members Pang and Liu delivers goods to proprietors remaining on home quarantine time and again; cleaners have to not only do waste classification and maintain community public hygiene but also undertake regular public disinfection of the community; on the second day of Chinese New Year, engineering director and order director joined the work of the customer service staff and called more than 1700 proprietors of Myriad Star Phase III for epidemic investigation and troubleshooting, and the greeting “Happy New Year, would you please tell where you are now…” could be heard here and there at the property management service center.
The property management staff requested the engineer to change the original touch-mode entrance guard system into inductive mode immediately as the epidemic is beginning to spread. They are doing their best to avoid cross-infection for proprietors.

When the service center was short of materials for prevention and control and staff were overloaded, the assistant Xu had to turn to WeChat proprietor groups for help. His message was strongly responded by many warm-hearted proprietors. In addition to the provision of thermometers and 600 masks, there were also over 10 proprietor volunteers who joined and assisted in property management staff’s work and were busy around Myriad Star Phase III, a community full of love.
