After having an extended Spring Festival as a result of the spreading of COVID-19, enterprises are arranging gradual resumption of work since February 10th. Returning to work has become a common desire of many people. While continuing to maintain effective epidemic prevention, Binjiang Property also attaches sufficient importance to work resumption to recover economic development.

All buildings and communities of Binjiang Property are doing their best to ensure the resumption of work. The gate is under strict control with three checks which are “health code, body temperature, and ID card”; cleaners carry out further disinfection of public areas every day, such as the lobby, elevator cages, corridors, stairs, toilets, and underground garages; property management staff publicize in multiple ways resumption requirements such as to wearing masks, reducing gathering, keeping the queuing space of one meter, taking elevators in order, selecting zero-contact services, taking express parcels and takeout foods at designated places, bringing own lunch boxes and having meals alone. The frontline property management staff unite as one to implement various epidemic prevention and control measures and introduce timely work resumption services to support economic recovery.

At 8:00 am on February 20th, representatives of settled enterprises of New City Time Square Building 1 and volunteers were guarding the first pass of the building outside the lobby on the first floor, reminding all office workers to present the health code on their phones; and as in the lobby, order team members of Binjiang Property were checking the floor working list, recording ID card details, and taking body temperature for every office workers. An office worker was allowed to enter the working environment only after passing all these checks. At the same time, the property management staff also strengthen control over takeout deliverymen and couriers and practice zero-contact services. Takeout deliverymen are required to present the health code and put takeout goods on the designated shelf in the lobby of the first floor, and couriers are also required to put parcels at Hive Boxes on the first floor of each building.

Some enterprises in New City Time Square have resumed work since early February. Hanging on the pre-arranged plan of prevention and control carefully prepared by the service center of New City Time Square, every office worker is very cooperative despite strict control measures carried out by property management staff, such as body temperature measurement, ID card verification, and examination of health code according to the recent requirements of Hangzhou.

At Star Development Building, office workers returning to work are required to wear masks, present their health codes, verify their ID cards, and take their body temperatures. Meanwhile, the building specially prepares “waste mask bins” and requires settled enterprises to put waste masks into designated garbage bins which will be regularly disinfected by cleaners every day. Star Development Building also practices zero-contact service, which requires clients to make an order for express delivery by themselves and place parcels at the designated deposit point for couriers to collect then. At the early stage of work resumption, the property management staff of the building would also disinfect vehicles of workers of settled enterprises with 84 disinfectant.

During the epidemic, the property management service center staff of Golden Dawn remind proprietors going to work to present their work resumption certificates and health codes and take their body temperatures; request proprietors coming back home to show their health codes an ID cards and take their temperatures. As to elderly proprietors who need to go out for purchase but without a health code, body temperature measurement, pass examination, and identity verification are performed.

On the evening of February 21st, a proprietor of Noble Lake entered the community with his health code, ID card, and normal body temperature. Director Zhang of the property management service center tells that proprietors are now coming in and out of the community with their health codes since the practice of health code in Hangzhou, which is an embodiment of smart city and reflects the strong big data support behind it.

At Sunshine Coast, benefiting from extensive advance publicity of health code, the utilization rate of health code among proprietors has basically reached 99%. As for some elderly proprietors who haven’t yet downloaded, stewards would visit them in person and help them download and guide them to use it. During the evening rush hour, the property management service center will send more staff to facilitate body temperature measurement and health code checking to ensure that proprietors can enter the community as soon as possible.

At Myriad City, director Yue of the property management service center tells, “We will ask proprietors who have a health code to present their health codes, verify their ID card, and also take their body temperatures. As for elderly proprietors, stewards will help those with smartphones to apply for a health code. And for those without a smartphone, we will check the pass and take their body temperatures when they come in and out.”
