As the COVID-19 was beginning to spread over Hangzhou, the property management service center of Yujingyuan received a call from a seventy-year-old elder who said, “There may be pretty many express parcels to me these days, and most of them are usual medicines for the elderly. But I don’t have masks and it’s very inconvenient to go down to take them. Could you please help me with it?”

The assistant Tan of the service center immediately came to visit the elder with about ten masks after the call. Though the service center was in serious short of prevention materials, staff members saved some masks for the elder for his safety. Assistant Tan promised and reassured the elder that they would timely deliver medicines to him and would do their best to help if he asks.

For nearly a month, order team members would deliver the medicines and takeouts of the elder to his home directly as soon as they received such goods. The silk ban reading “Caregiver of the Seventy-year-old Elder, Provider of Considerate and Careful Services” is a reward from the proprietor to commend the frontline property management staff for their care and love and selfless help to the elderly.
