Golden Jiangnan: Containment Personnel in Harm’s Way

 

Ever since the outbreak of the pandemic, the service center of Golden Jiangnan has been fully carrying out the pandemic control and prevention and publicity. It conducts in-depth investigation and screening; carefully ensures comprehensive disinfection twice a day by specialized personnel; deepens personnel monitoring and management and adopts zero-contact takeout management; sets up a temporary daily necessity deposit place and provides door-to-door delivery and daily waste cleaning service for persons in quarantine; strictly implements body temperature taking, registration, recording of and publicity to persons coming in and out; and keep everyday communication with the community and practices classified management of people coming back to Hangzhou from pandemic areas and non-pandemic areas.

 

 

During the pandemic, the service center also offered various services such as home haircutting appointment, daily necessity purchase, and student homework printing and copying, which received general acknowledgement and praise of proprietors.


In March 2020, Golden Jiangnan was awarded the title of “Leading Propriety Management Project” by Hangzhou Xiaoshan Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau for its excellent performance respecting COVID-19 containment.

 

Hangzhou Golden Landing: Mutual Assistance Between Property Management Personnel and Proprietors

 

During the hard time of COVID-19, the property management personnel of Hangzhou Golden Landing have been sticking at the frontline to make sure all pandemic containment work is done strictly, practically and specifically. Property management personnel rigorously control and manage persons and vehicles coming in and out the residential quarter every day, including keeping body temperature measurement and registration and checking passes and Hangzhou health code.


During the pandemic, the property management staff also provide convenient services for quarantined households such as delivering food and express parcels and collecting wastes, and all their efforts have been witnessed by the proprietors. At the end of February, proprietor Ms. Feng launched a proposal in the proprietor group to advocate donations to property management staff on the front line of pandemic containment. By March 8th the donations totaled 21104 yuan, which has been distributed to all the front-line property management staff in the form of red envelopes in early March.


The proprietor committee of Golden Landing has also witnessed and been touched by hard work and dedicated efforts of the frontline property management personnel. Therefore, during the Spring Festival, it offered property management staff masks, gloves, disinfectant, and food knowing that they were short of materials for pandemic control and prevention. Besides, it also distributed red envelopes of totally 22000 yuan to order team members, sanitary staff, and other frontline staff at the beginning of April.

 

 

Despite the high risk of infection, property management staff are holding fast to their positions on the front line and will never flinch because they have proprietors and the proprietor committee behind supporting, encouraging, trusting and helping them and going through the very difficult time together with them.

 

Lake Villa: Build A Firmest Line of Defense for Proprietors

 

In April 2020, Lake Villa was honorably awarded the title of “Excellent Property Management Body for Pandemic Containment” by Xianghu Renjia Community of Wenyan Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.


During the pandemic, property management staff of Lake Villa has been holding fast to the frontline positions and serving all proprietors with all their strength. For example, sanitary staff disinfect every corner on a daily basis; gate sentries take body temperature and check the green health code of proprietors every day; and housekeepers serve as publicists of “pandemic prevention publicity + efficient screening”, cooperating with pandemic containment staff to take body temperature at proprietors’ door and inquire and record physical condition and temperature of proprietors by phone every day.

 

 

Services will never cease before the pandemic comes to an end. After receiving an order from a proprietor, the engineering staff will provide on visiting maintenance service as soon as possible after disinfecting themselves and wearing masks and gloves to reassure the proprietor.
