At about 4:00PM on June 27th when it was a little oppressive after a rain, among pedestrians hurrying on the road in Grand Palace, an older lady in a red dress suddenly fainted with eye closed and lost consciousness.

When the surrounding people were in a panic, the order team members who was then patrolling around got to the site and evacuated the mass immediately to ensure ventilation. They called 120 instantly while gave first aid to the patient.

With the help of two order team members, the aunt gradually regained consciousness and was able to make basic communication. The property management staff then got in touch with her family. Soon, the ambulance arrived. The aunt was transferred to the ambulance by the property management staff and sent to the hospital in time. Such a dangerous situation was thus successfully solved by responsible order team members.

Days after, the aunt was discharged from the hospital. To express her gratitude to the help of property management staff, she specially sent a silk banner that wrote “Work Responsibly and Serve Enthusiastically” to them.
