Order Team Member Looked After Elderly Proprietor at Emergency Room for Six Hours

 


At 8:25 on the morning of July 4th, the fire control center of Yunheting Zhuxuan received a call from grandma Wang, a proprietor living on 8F. She told that her husband fell down at home and that she had called the ambulance and wanted the security guard to guide the 120 ambulance into the residential quarter.


The staff of fire control center immediately reported to the foreman Wang Hongbo. Wang Hongbo arranged work of gate sentries and at the same time ran to the proprietor’s home to figure out the real matters. It turned out that it is an elderly couple both 90 years old living in the house and the husband accidentally fell down, leading to a risk of waist fracture.


Considering the fact that this old couple would certainly need help in hospital and that their children are not living with them, the foreman asked the team member Li Zhongli to accompany them to hospital after the 120 ambulance came.


Arriving at the hospital, Li Zhongli helped grandma Wang register and take medicine. Before the nursing personnel came, he also helped grandpa take off clothes and turn over, supported him to the toilet, and accompanied him to finish various physical checks.


Li Zhongli stayed with proprietors to over 3 o’clock that afternoon. It was after the nursing personnel that grandma Wang had contacted with came that Li Zhongli finally leaved relievedly and went back to the service center for his lunch.


4 days later, the grandpa finished the minimally invasive procedure and wanted to go back home as he was on the mend. But how did these two old people get home especially under that one of whom just had an operation? Grandma Wang had no choice but contacted Wang Hongbo through WeChat and told him their troubles. Seeing the need of the proprietors, Wang Hongbo immediately drove to the hospital and took them home.


The warm and considerate service of Binjiang Property touched the heart of proprietors. In the WeChat message that grandma Wang sent to director Dai of property management, it said that Li stood for six hours in the emergency room and helped take urine, send it for examination, and exchange pants, and that even the doctor was moved when knew that Li was just a property management staff rather than any other person close to the patient.


Appreciating the hard work of the property management staff, grandma Wang specially gave a red pocket of 1000 yuan to the foreman Wang Hongbo through WeChat. But Wang Hongbo declined it. Later, instead of the red pocket, Grandma sent a silk banner that wrote “Warm Service, Dedicated Work” to express her gratitude.

All of our foreman, executive, and director have the WeChat contact of grandma Wang. She is quite healthy and has a clear mind, and is the one that is most adept at WeChat among all elder people I know, which is very impressive. Over the half year, Binjiang Property delivered Laba porridge on Laba Festival, gave flowers on Mother’s Day, and distributed zongzi on Dragon Boat Festival to the door to several inconvenient elder proprietors, so as to enable not only young but also elder proprietors to feel the atmosphere of community culture at Yunheting and have a sense of obtainment.


In past several months, although not for their solving super difficult miscellaneous problems, staff of the engineering department received two silk banners from proprietors as recognition of and encouragement to their nice attitude and efficient service.

On a warm spring day, getting the news that a proprietor was moving furniture between two houses in the residential quarter, the order team members actively offered help to the proprietor. Besides, careful order team members were timely aware of a leaking car and finally found the owner of the car through multiple ways and eliminated the potential danger for the proprietor. Deeply impressed by the dedicated service of Binjiang Property, the proprietor also wrote a letter of thanks in person to express his gratitude.


To make Yunheting Zhuxuan more beautiful and agree with surrounding environment, the cleansing and greening department carefully trim plants and change lawn widely to create a vigorous and vibrant environment for the residential quarter. Property Management Fee Collection Rate Has Reached 92% Over the Past Half Year
