The fourth “New City Ledong Contest” held by the New City Branch of Binjiang Property on July 25th and 26th, 2020 gathered 28 teams composed on 407 participants from 42 projects of New City Branch.

In this Ledong Contest, employees of four sections, namely order section, customer service section, engineering section, and cleansing section, were first gathered and put on the same large stage to compete with each other and show their team spirit of solidarity, cooperation, and mettle.

Ledong Skill Contest gives every employee a chance to show their skills, improve teamwork with colleagues, further enhance the friendship, and strengthen the cohesion between sections.

Guo Chunlan, Vice-General Manager of Binjiang Property, and Jin Yuemin, manager of engineering technology department, appeared at the event to encourage all contestants. The engineering specialists of the headquarters also took part in the event as judges.

It was the theme of this contest to brave winds and waves for a big goal. Focusing on four factors of competing, learning, chasing, and surpassing, the game created a very positive atmosphere and aroused the vigor and determination of participants, encouraging an optimistic spirit of fighting for success.

As the Athlete March went on, teams of various service center entered the venue successively. Their firm steps indicated their resolution and confidence, and their enthusiastic smile reflected the passion of youth.

In the contest, contestants confidently competed with and also modestly learnt from each other. As a substitute for training, the game in deed gave people a chance to relieve their stress in life built up during the half year of hard work fighting the pandemic and preventing floods, and reached its goal of encouraging happy work and happy life.
