This summer at Shanghai Park One, an event aroused further attention of property management staff to the service for the elderly. One afternoon, a female proprietor called the gate sentry for help. She said that her old family member fell down and she couldn’t help as she was ill at home.

Proprietor staff came to her home with a wheelchair soon and moved the fallen grandpa to the wheelchair and called 120. The family member of the old man then arrived and took him to the hospital. The proprietor staff voluntarily stayed to accompany the ill proprietor for lunch and visited her for several times in the afternoon to check her conditions.

Later, this proprietor sent a thank-you silk bar to the property management service center of Shanghai Park One to express her gratitude.

A bus left Yunheting for Santaishan Mountain in West Lake District at 9:20 on October 22nd. It’s a West Lake trip organized by the service center of Yunheting for their elderly proprietors as a Double Ninth Festival gift.

28 elderly proprietors of Yunheting aged between 65 and 93 gathered at the foot of Santaishan Mountain beside the West Lake.

Accompanied by property management staff, those elderly proprietors wandered and took photos in the beautiful scenic spots. An 88-year-old grandpa managed to walk by himself to the end in good fettle and took a lot of photos of the beautiful scenery.

The property management staff arranged the lunch at an agritainment hotel reserved in advance. There, proprietors enjoyed Longjing tea and Hangzhou dishes and had a casual chat. While offering basic service, the property management staff also kept nice communication with these proprietors, which gradually narrowed the distance between each other.

These elderly proprietors were very satisfied with this Double Ninth tour and wanted the service center to organize more tours like this in the future. One of them told in WeChat group of proprietors that it was his first time that he had attended such an event in three years since he moved in Yunheting and that he really appreciated Binjiang Property’s care for elderly proprietors.
