At 10:20AM of September 26th, Lu Fuchun, an order team member of Zhejiang Publishing United Group Building smelled gas around a car in the stereoscopic garage and found the car was leaking while patrolling the underground garage. Immediately, he reported to the director, and put the fire distinguisher beside the car and covered the leaking site with sand.

The order director Li Biao soon got contact with the vehicle owner and rushed to the site together. To prevent any accident, Lu Fuchun called the maintenance staff in advance, who also got to the site very quickly and removed the leaking car.

The property management staff stayed with the female car owner at the scene which made the owner feel very safe. The car was then inspected by the 4S store and it turned out that the leaking was because of cracking of the tank. The maintenance man said that the consequence could be very serious if the problem was found late.

The next day, the car owner and her leader visited the property management office to express their gratitude to property management staff. The building also commended the order team of Binjiang Property for their responsible performance in this case and rewarded 2000 to members concerned. Director Ni of the service center also thanked Party A’s leaders for their recognition and encouragement for the property management work.

In future, Binjiang Property will continue to improve the service quality and provide wholeheartedly service for everyone in the building.
