For continuous days the order team members helped couriers deliver packages to each building’s hall early in the morning before stewards came to work and the stewards were responsible to dispatch such packages to the proprietors’ home. Usually, there’d be another batch of packages arriving in the afternoon, and stewards would have to transfer them to halls and then dispatch one by one by themselves.

 

According to the service center of The One, the workload of property management staff increases sharply during the “Single’s Day” festival and generally their property management staff have to sort out packages until at least 9:00 p.m. for the second day’s delivery, which is a hard job to do.

This year’s “Single’s Day” festival, even under the pandemic containment condition, still aroused people’s consumption desire. Accordingly, corresponding good and warm services are also offered by property management staff. Proprietors witnessed their hard work during the “Single’s Day” period and expressed their gratitude to stewards and order team members in the WeChat proprietor group.

Over Four Thousand Packages Have Arrived Proprietors’ Home


The service center of Noble Lake Apartment follows the same plan as last year to respond to the “Single’s Day” package rush. It got in touch with couriers at the beginning of November to communicate the package quantity of the day and their arrival time. Part of packages was uniformly sent to stewards of each building who should then be responsible for immediate home delivery. By November 8th, over four thousand packages have been delivered by property management staff to the proprietors’ home.

Make Package Storage Notification in Advance


Along with the “Single’s Day” shopping fever, the express also went to a peak. The service center of Myriad Star Phase I did the package storage notification in advance. For the convenience of proprietors, a package storage site was set on the first floor of the service center. The HIVE BOX was also introduced in which couriers may with the consent of proprietors put small packages and notify proprietors to pick them up in time.


On November 3rd, the Myriad Star received a large “Single’s Day” package which was a mattress. The frontline order team members voluntarily moved the mattress to the proprietor’s home, which was a timely help for the proprietor.


In Myriad Star Phase II, stewards actively helped proprietors who received many packages and kindly offered trolleys and sent them home.

Refrigerators and Furniture, the Largest Packages Delivered by Property Management Staff


Uniting the strength of the customer service section and order section, the service center of Myriad City Phase II provides home delivery service for the “Single’s Day” festival. Where a proprietor received a large package or several packages at one time, stewards and gate sentries would help deliver these packages to the proprietor’s home with a cart. So far, the largest items that property management staff have delivered are refrigerators and furniture. Their warm home delivery service has won appreciation from proprietors.

Carts Support the Express Delivery of the Last 100 Meters


To deal with the possible package spill-over caused by “Single’s Day” shopping fever and ensure quick and smooth delivery of every package to proprietors, the service center of Chunjiangyue sorts out and places by building number all packages and marks them with the room number to help proprietors find their packages quicker. 6 trolleys and 3 carts are also prepared at the reception for proprietors to facilitate the last-100-meter delivery.


In special cases, the service center will arrange stewards or order team members to deliver their packages to their homes. On November 5th, the reception of the service center received a large package for Ms. Xu, a proprietor of Chunjiangyue. The service center called Ms. Xu immediately and arranged home delivery for her, which is very considerate.

In reaction to this year’s shopping carnival and in order to ensure timely package receipt by proprietors, the service center of Quzhou Honor Signature set up a large package delivery team, which is very welcome among proprietors as it significantly solved the problem of package spill-over and proprietors’ difficulties in carrying packages home at the same time.
