As the Spring Festival is getting close, people start to write “Fu” character and Spring Festival couplets which both contains best wishes and profound meaning.

In Quzhou Chunjiangyue, the proprietor committee and the service center co-organized the Chunjiangyue “Spring and Blessing, Paper and Ink” activity where famous calligraphers and some proprietors who are calligraphy lovers are invited to give good wishes to proprietors.

At the site, the calligraphers and calligraphy-loving proprietors arranged paper, ink, brushes and inkstones well and wrote down words of blessings. More and more Spring Festival couplets were produced. Different calligraphy styles including regular script, clerical script and cursive script were demonstrated, attracting interest of people present and winning praise from proprietors on the spot. The new year atmosphere at the whole site was getting gradually stronger as a result of such red “Fu” characters and Spring Festival couplets.

After these couplets were dry, the property management staff carefully packed them up and give them to proprietors coming for it. The faces of proprietors receiving these red couplets told how happy they were. This new year calligraphy activity was a kind of cultural feast for proprietors and brought wishes to neighbors through calligraphy as well as enhanced the neighborhood friendship.
