On December 20th, Binjiang Property again received a joint commendatory letter from over a hundred of proprietors of Golden Dawn Phase I to the cleaner Qi Yuanzhen. It was the fifth time that she received such letter.

In this letter, proprietors expressed their gratitude to Qi Yuanzhen who during the 2020 pandemic containment bore duties of not only herself but also other cleaners who were unable to return to work due to the pandemic for her high-quality cleaning work as always.

What is most praiseworthy is that Qi seldom rests during her daily work. She’s always in the corridors, carefully cleaning walls, floors, handrails, glass, as well as ceilings and wall columns of open floors. Proprietors have already get used to the door opening sound that Qi makes during her cleaning work.

Qi smiles to and greets every proprietor going in and out and would actively help those who carry something or with heavy weights open the door or carry the load.

Proprietors unanimously agree that Qi contributes a lot to their good life with her hands and sweats and that it is a blessing of proprietors to have Qi’s guard.
